THE BIGGER PICTURE
Dias is 28 and remains a key member of City's squad, although he saw his minutes somewhat limited by calf and hip injuries last season, as he was reduced to just 25 Premier League starts. Nevertheless, he has captained Pep Guardiola's side on multiple occasions, and is one of the first names on the team sheet when fit.Â
